I am looking at trying to roll out Jabber for use in our center (755 users) and if everything works out well roll it out company wide (15 offices, 3,000+ users).
I have spoken to the managers about this and they had two concerns that they wanted addressed before I go any further.
Is it possible to restrict agents from talking to other agents? We want agents to be able to initiate chats with only managers, and managers to be able to initiate chats with anyone.
Is it possible to have the Jabber client auto sign in with the users computer credentials forcing them to be logged in when they turn on their machine?
