Hi,
some of our customers regularly get connection drops when using HTTP Binding with BOSH (using the Openfire HTTP Binding module).
When doing BOSH requests, they get “504 Gateway Timeout” HTTP errors as response.
I am not sure… this probably unrelated to Openfire, but I want to ask anyway.
Do you have any idea, what might be causing it?
Could it be a local firewall installed on the client’s PC? Although that wouldn’t make much sense I guess.
Do you have any idea, how to track the error?
I suppose there’s somewhere a slow server between the client and Openfire. How to find it out?
