Can user to user (non chat room) sessions be recorded to Database?

Seems that when we chat in a chat room, these conversations get logged to the ofmucconversationlog table in the database.

But when we chat user to user (not inside a chatroom) these chat sessions are stored on the filesystem, at Openfire\logs folder, as text files. Can these chat sessions be stored in the db versus filesystem?
