Hello,
While using the OpenFire Enterprise / Fastpath LiveAssist feature, I click the “Transfer this conversation to another agent” button on Spark. The Transfers window appears, but in the tree of Workgroups and Queues, I can only see my own workgroup and its queue, respectively.
I can manually enter in the “Transfer to:” field, but I would like all of the workgroups on my server to appear automatically in the tree structure. Is this some sort of permissions problem? Thanks!
