Issues with Spark 2.6 Mac

I have noticed a couple of issues with the 2.6 release for Mac:

  1. Copy paste does not seem to work. This is true most of the time in chat windows and always in preferences.

  2. Sounds don’t seem to work either.

Any ideas?

thanks for reporting. sadly spark is actually not fully supported because of some problems related to apple’s java vm.

** if you change your Look&Feel in Preferences → Appearance to “Mac OS X” Copy&Paste works fine for me. **

**my sounds work pretty nice. did you enabled the sounds in the preferences? maybe you can check if spark found the audio device. check preferences → media settings. my audio device is “javasound:Built-in Input:0”. **

I have the same problem, can’t copy or paste. This makes it pretty much unusable on the Mac. It worked in the last version, so not sure why it wouldn’t here.

change your look and feel to “Mac OS X”

and everything works fine

in JTattooLuna you need to press ctrl+c not cmd+c

i strongly advise using the native look and feel ( Preferences -> Appearance -> change laf to “Mac OS X”)

Ok that works for copy / paste, although it’s rather unintuitive. Thanks!
