I dont know how to reproduce it.
Sometime, user’'s presence is online, but when view his vCard, I cannot view the local time of him, so I know he is offline. I told them to disconnect and then login, somebody can make properly, but somebody cannot. and many times relogin, I still cannot view his local time, and he cannot recieve others message.
