It seems unlikely but after running the http://www.igniterealtime.org/downloadServlet?filename=beta/spark/spark_2_4_1.ex e install our Sepialine print dialog box is hourglassing out.
Sepialine support wrote back:

Regvsr32 c:\windows\system32\mscomct2ocx
Regvsr32 c:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll
Spark is probably using a common ActiveX control and claiming it as it’s own, rather than leaving it as a common file. Re-registering should fix that."
