3.1.0 Installation problem

Hello,

I am a newbie with Jabber servers and trying to install version 3.1.0 on CentOs 4.4. I get this error.

$ tar -xzvf wildfire_3_1_0.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format

tar: Child returned status 1

tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

I haven’'t found any previous versions to try. I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

it seems that your file is corrupt.

The file size is 6078953 bytes, the md5sum is 3ee6f79b5160cede80b8d4ef4e7091b1.

I downloaded that file to my windows machine, untarred and uploaded to server. That seemed to work.
