I’ve been using webchat for awhile and its worked very well, but I’ve been getting reports of a particular person who is being abusive to chat agents. Is there any way, within webchat or somewhere else in the system, to ban by IP?
There is no such option in Fastpath. If you know his IP, then maybe you can “ban” it in your firewall.
