I am using Jive Messenger 2.3.0 and with client using psi.
Now I have the following problem:
I and my colleague are in different subnet. When we both in online mode, I cannot see him online and so does he. But I can see him online in admin console. I just use single server for the 2 subnet. Are there anything I need to set in order to see the online status?
At first we can see the online status correctly, but failed after server reboot. Please kindly advise me what to do and sorry for my poor english… =(

I have checked the doc and I have the same setting as the doc. but still cannot see some users online after rebooting.
By the way, in my system, clients do not need to add users, all users are created in server and enable to everyone listed in server. Will it affect the online status shown?
