I have setup SparkWeb on a remote internet site. When at work it works fine when using the local ip address or server name for the Openfire server. However, anywhere else it doesn’t work because we use a external ip address which is different due to our sonicwall. I setup the openfire port numbers on the sonicwall to allow access.
Currently the server is setup is named oranges and is a Windows 2000 server. Seems it just doesn’t connect through the remote ip currently. Any advice? Thanks!
