Add new icon at plugin

In the Plugin Structure don’t have the images.

Where can I put the images?

I need to create a new Icon in my plugin, but when I compile the plugin, the icon disappears.

I believe it is by not having a folder for the images in the structure of the plugin.

How can I fix this?

you wold add folder Resources/images at build.xml

and you wold create a new .properties
