Admin console not connecting

We have installed Spark and openfire. And now when we are trying to launch Admin consol its giving the error like user name and password is not matching. so in any way can I reset the password or fix the issue.

Before some days I was able to login to admin console with the same user name and password.

Checked the database , the user name(admin console user name) does not exist .

When I am trying to start Admin console from server I am getting the error which I have attached here.

I will greateful if anybody will give a solution to connect admin console.

I think you could have included the contents of the document instead of requiring everyone to open an attached file with 4 lines in it, that would also require the appropriate software installed to actually do so.
