When one logs into the openfire admin interface with the wrong password the return message is “make sure your username and password are correct and that you’re an admin or moderator.”
BUT I don’t see a way to add a moderator only account to the admin interface. Is there a way I can add some users that don’t have full privileges? I would like some users to be able to pull chat transcripts (from archiving).
