Allowing file transfer between preferred users

I’ m using an Openfire that happens to be a older version than 3.7.1, a couple of days ago I had to disable the file transfer options to all the users in my enterprise, I ve been searching for a plugins to enab le file transfer between preferred user in my network, how could I do that???

Unfortunately, that sort of functionality isn’t built into Openfire/Client Control plugin. But, it would be possible to rework the plugin so that it keeps track of a “whitelist” of users that would be allowed to transfer files even if it’s been disabled for everyone else.
