Any command line calling? like callto://

Hi everyone,

I’'d like to include a clickable link on our corporate phone book that allows you to immediately send them an IM. We use the status plugin to show a users status and a few people have asked for this functionality.

A bit like a skype callto:// link., ie: spark://jid@jabberorg.com

Is this possible or is it on the roadmap?

Hi Steve,

it is xmpp:user@jabber.server but you need a Spark version which is not available (or another XMPP client). Currently such a link will launch a new Spark instance … and disconnect the existing one if you use auto login.
