The creator of “asmac.jar”, I ask him to fix the “ProviderManager”

I’m using the Asmack 19(http://asmack.freakempire.de/0.8.10/), and I always have to implement

ProviderManager.getInstance (). AddIQProvider (…,…);

This is a 4 year old stackoverflow answer and not relevant with recent aSmack versions. If you call SmackAndroid.init(), just like aSmacks Readme tells you to do, everything will be setup correctly.
