I have a fresh Wildfire install on a Win 2003 box and the Asterisk-IM plugin is not being installed by Wildfire.
Thinking I was crazy I put the Spark Manager in there and POW it was installed.
Any ideas?

you may want to check the log files, maybe there is something useful, it installs fine also without the Spark Manager. Maybe it just took very long to install it.
