AT&T DSL and Spark

We have a user who runs AT&T DSL at her home, and Spark will disconnect on it’s own throughout the day. She has had the service techs at her home, and a new modem was even installed. She is hard-wired in and running Vista.

Any ideas? Thank you!

I would blame Vista or he QOS of her internet connection. Vista is a resoource hog when it is doing “background” tasks. It could be causing the unstable connection. What about other web services at the point of disconnect, do they seem slow?
