Auditing Fastpath chats


I am using openfire fastpath plugin for implmenting online support chat in my web application.

Is there a way to get the chat conversation between user and agent. I would like to show that conversation on my web page. I enabled the logging/auditing in openfire which creates a log file but that has lots of that I do not know.

Please suggest some better options.

I am having an issue with writing webclient for openfire in ‘strophe.js’ specially with the fastpath plugin
I could login to open fire from my client and its status is show on admin panel as online user. This user is also member of a workgroup created in fastpath

where its status is still unavailable. I want to use my webclient for agents.

Do anyone else have come across such issue…Please help me guys
