Autentization by client

Hi all,

Please I have problem with my OpenFire server. In our company we have about 200 users and their JID is in format . It is not problem until I want to connect from the internet. Users uses Miranda IM client and whene they try to connect to openfire, they have to use another adres hostname.domain.cz. But miranda sends username@hostname.domain.cz and authentification fails. Does anybody know how to so;lve this problem?

Are you able to connect with other clients? I dont recall Miranda settings. Maybe you should specify username@hostname and then that hostname.domain.cz in some other field (like Server). Btw, is this hostname.domain.cz resolvable by internet computers? I mean, do you have DNS records fro that?
