Auto-Populate user contacts in Spark Client

I created an Active-directory group called IM I added users into the group.

Then I went into the Openfire admin --groups–went into the group selected to enable sharing.

I have 15 people in my AD group but when I view this group in the Openfire admin console I only have 10.

The 10 contacts show up in my Spark client.

How or what do I do to get the other users to show up in Openfire???

I figured it out myself there was a contact in AD that had the same name as the users that were not showing up in the group
