I noticed the Asterisk plugin and was going to try this out, but we aren’t running an asterisk server and didn’t want to implement this if it won’t work for what we are looking for. Is there something out there already with the ability to tie in with our avaya phone systems that updates your status when you are on the phone and possibly display who you are on the phone with?
