I’m the the early stages of installing IM thru out the org… Openfire and using Spark as the client to keep it orderly. A couple groups have asked about using Pigin because they like to have access to thier GChat friends as well as internal. One manager specically wants no IM’ing to the outside … sooooooo…
If I stay with Spark and install the IMGateway … does that allow me to control who has access to it? Like … these 5 people can add thier Yahoo / GChat / AIM accounts and everybody else can not?
