Is it possible to block user client to search for another user from another group?

We integrated spark with AD win 2012, separated with groups, but if a user goes on “Contacts -> Add Contact” he can find another user from another group.

If you are using latest Openfire version and Spark 2.8.3, you can install Client Control plugin for Openfire and disable Add Contact menu in Spark. I suppose you would also want to disable Add Groups and Person Search at the bottom of a roster window.
