Blue screen of death after installing Spark on Win 7 64bit

Hello,

I have installed Spark 2.8.3 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine but got a blue screen of death.
Machine is a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen4. I worked fine on Lenovo Gen2 and Gen3.

What could be the problem? What am I doing wrong?

Also have Openfire 4.21 on server.

sounds like you might have something else going on. I have never seen spark cause a bsod, and I have installing it on workstations for many many years

You can check what was the cause of bugcheck with some debugget. Say https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
