Broadcast-mod: Broadcast to online&offline

Hi,

We have modified the original broadcast plugin from Jive Software.

If you send a broadcast message to all@ the broadcast-mod will

broadcast the message to Onlline+Offline users. (The original plugin from Jive only broadcasts to online users)

My broadcast plugin allows for offline broadcast, with no modifications. You need to enable offline messages on the server. When the user next logs in they get the broadcast.
