Broadcast?

I have set the following properties to :

plugin.broadcast.allowedUsers => self@servername.com

plugin.broadcast.disableGroupPermissions => false

plugin.broadcast.groupMembersAllowed=>false

and yet other members are still able to send Broadcasts! I have also tried to delete the plugin completely from the admin console… My question is how do I disable broadcasting and what is the point of having a plugin if the program does the same whether it is installed or not…

I have verified that this behavior does in fact happen. If your openfire server is not running the broadcast plugin you can still send broadcasts from spark.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved. I don’t want users sending broadcasts to all jabber clients.
