We have several users of spark who consistently do not receive any contacts, or IM Gateway transports on their first login (whether they are a new jabber user, or a returning jabber user). The users must close spark, and login again before their contact list is received as well as the IM Transports.
I have used other clients, and have not been able to reproduce the same problem. Has anyone else seen this problem?
I have posted this both in the Transports Forum, and the Spark forum with no answers. We would really like to get to the bottom of this problem, and I am willing to assist in whatever way necessary.
