In my company, we’re using Openfire and Spark in order to facilitate communications between groups of traders. Each group of traders have their own chat room in Openfire, and due to sensitive information all user registration and chat room administration is restricted to sysadmin.
Now, a couple of new chat rooms have been commissioned, and roughly 300 users are to be granted access and assigned to the right chat room. Is there a more convenient way of doing this than first registering the users one by one, and then adding them to the correct chat room, one by one?
