We have seen that when latecomers arrive to a chatroom, they will see one of the following based on server setting:
Don’t show anything
Show history for entire life of chatroom
Show specified number of messages
Can the server please add a setting for “Show current session”? Each time a user then enters a ‘new’ session of the room, that would be defined as the current session, until all users exit the room, or until perhaps the room sits idle for a server configurable amount of time. That way new users can enter without being bothered by looking at yesterday’s or last week’s conversations, and they can remain focused on the topic of the moment.
