I ma trying to setup Fastpath/webchat plugin to autmatically send the transcripts to a email address. is this possible, or do you have to enter it in everytime?
Reason being, we want to pilot using Fastpath/Webchat for our ICT Service Desk and want the transcripts to be send to the ICT Service desk email address and then inputed ino our logging software at a later date.
