Can I do this? : general support Account


is it possible to generate some sort of “general account” where multiple users have access to?

I’m thinking about creating a support@company.com jabber account for e.g. customers. If someone sends a message to this account, all Members of Technical Services must see this and bee able to replay … is something like this possible with OpenFire?


Maybe Fastpath-Plugin?
