Can I enable users log multiple times?

i need to enable a user can log multiple times? Where can I enable this feature ?

Hi,

every user can log as many times as he likes to. He must anyhow specify a unique resource. So "foo@example.com/home" and "foo@example.com/work" is possible, the resource is the part after ‘/’ and may be specified during login.
