Can not create chat room in spark

Hello

I am using centos6 64 bit server, where I have installed jabber2.2.17 with mu-conference-0.8, I am able to do peer & group chat using other clients like neos, pidgin but there are some issues with spark desktop chat client (version is 2.6.3 installed on windows XP with service pack 3) it is as follows

  1. I am not able to create chat room on spark client it throws error “No response from server”.

  2. Also when other client sends group chat request to user using spark desktop chat client it could not show accept or reject options on group chat request screen & also note that this behaviour is not consistent some times it shows the “accept or reject” messages but sometimes not.
