I can not create JIRA issue for OpenFire.
This page allows me select only Tinder project.

This is most likely due to incorrect project permissions in JIRA. Please take a look on it.
In this community only a few users have permissions to create tickets (Tinder is open for everyone as a part on an experiment). You can vote here and express your opinion about this http://community.igniterealtime.org/polls/1037 Maybe someday policies will change.
In the mean time… why not to let us know what the issue is and we can log it for you?
