Can not login to admin console

I installed Wildfire 3.11. It is setup to use Active Directory. I ran all of the tests during setup and they worked properly. At the end of the setup, I was asked to provide a username for access to the Wildfire admin console. I entered a username and ran the test. It wanted a password. I entered the password and the test ran successfully. Setup finished and the admin console login screen appeared. I entered the username & password. The console will not let me login. We need this resolved ASAP.
