Can send but can’t receive from aol gateway… Please help
The IM Gateway is no longer supported and should not be used. It has been superseded by the Kraken Plugin (http://kraken.blathersource.org/). If you continue to use the old IM Gateway plugin you will have connection issues with some or all external gateways. There is no fix for this other than deleting this plugin and installing Kraken.
I am using the Kraken plugin… I am connecting to facetime IM Auditor. Not sure if your familiar with this product
If you are using Kraken plugin, you should ask for support on its forums, not here. Here nobody knows how it works and what is wrong.
