"Canned responces" is lost after transferring conversation to another agent

we are using Openfire 3.6.4 and Latest Spark 2.6.3

if “Transfer this conversation to another agent” is chosen, “Canned responces” and “Transfer this conversation…” itself are lost.

I think it’s a bug.
