Hi everyone and thank you for taking the tme to read my question
I recently installed openfire on my PC and I am having problems with the server and database setup.
First off, on the server setup page, domain is already filled with “user”_pc. Should I change it to my bluehost domain name or is this not going to work? I would prefer to have everything setup on my hosted domain account rather than my own PC.
On databse settings, I chose standard database connection and Mysql with driver unchanged to com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
I created a mysql database on my hosted domain account (bluehost) along with a username and password but when I enter those parameters in the required fields, I keep getting log errors (unable to locate source or something).
I am new to openfire so I would appreciate all the help I can get to solve this problem.
Please help!!!
