Cannot connect to server

The only way I can get Spark IM clients to connect to the server is if I disable the firewall. ( This is on an XP machine - an internal firewall) I did get one mac user to connect and can still IM him with the firewall enabled. But from 98 and XP machines, cannot connect to server, even with adding Spark and Jive Messenger Server to the exceptions list. I can’'t leave my firewall disabled. What needs to be done?

On server add TCP port 5222 (simple connection) or 5223 (TLS, SSL) to the firewall.
