Hello. I just took over IT support for my company and we had a server crash. Sadly, this server was NOT being backed up at the time. I’m trying to get our openfire server back up and operational, however it is not taking my information. I’ve attached screenshots of our information, so hopefully someone can point out what I’m doing incorrectly. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

try this:
for your base dn just used the root of your domain;
dc=domain,dc=local
and for your admin user (which is really just a regular look up account for ldap/ad. this can usually be a non privileged or average user account). use the format user@domain.local instead of the full dn
