HI experts, I just upgraded to openfire 4.2.3. Then I tried to login to the admin console, but it didn’t work. I have tried to copy all the embed db folder from the old version backup to the new version and replace all of them, but it did not work. Please advise how to login to the admin console? I am using the embed db. Thank you!
What OS you are using? Have you installed the service on the last step of the setup (if on Windows)? Check if you have service running, then use http://localhost:9090 or https://localhost:9091 to login on the server instead of running the launcher. Or stop the service and then use the launcher. Also, what error do you get?
