Cannot receive the spark reply

Any time user restarts the computer we have this issue with Spark.

User sends Spark messages but cannot receive the reply.

The message receiver will get the message and can respond normally.

Message sender will continually hit enter causing the same message to send over and over again to the original sender.

Exiting and reopening Spark will fix the issue.

We have update to the latest version (2.6.3).

All Spark clients are running on Windows XP machines.

Any Advise is appreciated.

Delete the user’s profile at C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Spark and start with a fresh one (history will be lost).
