Can't connect to the community chat on http://www.igniterealtime.org/support/group_chat.jsp

Hi

I can not connect to http://www.igniterealtime.org/support/group_chat.jsp the Group chat room is loading forever on IE 6 and FF 3.0.3. Any ideas what’s going on? Is this a singulat issue or a general one? How to connect to the group chat via Spark?

Any help is highly appreciated.

I also cannot login via the web client, but is still accessible using standard jabber chat clients (e.g. pidgin).

Solution:

Use Spark to create an account at the server “igniterealtime.org”. Log on and use “conference.igniterealtime.org”.

It’s that simple.
