Can''t figure out what ID Wildfire Server wants on LDAP

Hi Folks,

I know this is a stupid question but I can’'t figure out what user ID wildfire wants me to use to login to the admin console.

I’'ve set up my account as the Admin account for AD and the connection tests successfully. Here is my DN (changed for privacy).

CN=User, Joe,OU=Staff,OU=Accounts,OU=Administrative,DC=companyname,DC=com

To logon to my workstation on the domain I enter ‘‘userjoe1’’ and my password

When Wildfire asks me for an administrator account name what do I put?

I’'ve tried userjoe1 , joe user , joe.user@companyname.com , and when I try to logon to the server it tells me logon failed.

Any ideas?

It turns out I had to stop and restart the Wildfire service to make it go.

the user id it wanted was userjoe1
