Can't initiate IM

I have a user who is able to reply to a spark Im, but is unable to intiate one. Any ideas?

Try deleting his profile (history will be lost) and starting with fresh one. If he is using 2.5.8 version, you can also upgrade to 2.6.3.

I’m also seeing this issue. I have tried deleting the users’ profile, and that works for a few days, but then the problem comes back. All users are on Windows 7 Enterprise (both x86 and x64) and have Spark 2.6.3 installed.
