Can''t log in spark 2.0.1

Hey everyone. I am having a problem logging in with Spark 2.0.1. I had it downloaded on another computer and it worked fine but i got this new computer and it won’‘t let me log in. I know my screen name and password and server is right. What should i do? I also tryed to download 2.0.3 and can’'t log in with that as well. Please help if you can.

What was the exact error message that poped up in Spark? I’'m suspecting something like server unreachable. Also, is your jabber server a public or local server?

if you are using an AMD 64 you may see it crash but your question is not very clear about the error you get.
