Can''t login using iChat

I just downloaded and installed openfire on a ubuntu box.

The installation was flawless, I am able to access the web admin page and setup users.

However, when I try to connect using iChat (my client), I cannot. It requests the username/password combination over and over again.

The server ports are setup to listen on all interfaces. A port scan reveals 5222 and 5223 listening (as well as others.)

Any suggestions, places to look?

A netstat reveals chatter between our Openfire server and the client we’'re trying to connect from on port 5223, as well… (fyi)

I fixed it - username included @… (and shouldn’'t).
