We are looking at using this in our DMZ, but have been asked if we can change the port.
I was able to change the port in the Admin console, but Spark isn’t able to connect. When I try, I get the message that says “invalid server name or server unreachable”…
This is being tested on our internal network, so there shouldn’t be any firewall issues yet.
Any reason why Spark wouldn’t be able to connect???
